James Tobin is Senior Advisor for Dirigo Partners, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of clients, managing advocacy issues, crisis management, corporate reputation, and media relations campaigns throughout the country.

 

Mr. Tobin has over three decades of political experience and grassroots engagement and has held several senior level positions with the Republican National Committee, Republican Senatorial Committee, and leadership roles in the Presidential Campaigns of Steve Forbes and George W. Bush.

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Tobin has developed an extensive knowledge of grassroots engagement, national and state coalition building, state-based influencer campaigns, media, and third-party outreach efforts.

 

Mr. Tobin began his career working in the offices of former Maine Senator William Cohen and currently resides in Bangor, Maine.
